Everyday pieces,
made slowly by hand.
Wheel-thrown stoneware mugs and bowls, glazed in small batches and fired in our studio kiln. No two are exactly alike — that's the point.

Current pieces in stock. New kiln loads added every few weeks.
From a lump of clay to your kitchen shelf
Every piece starts as a ball of iron-rich stoneware. It's centered on the wheel, pulled into shape, dried for days, trimmed, bisque-fired, glazed by dipping, then fired again to 2,230°F until the glaze melts into glass.
The whole process takes about three weeks. We make a few dozen pieces at a time, which is why the shop sells out — and why we restock.
Care & Questions
Stoneware is tough, but a little care keeps it looking its best.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. All pieces are high-fired stoneware with food-safe glazes. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid sudden temperature shocks (e.g. freezer to oven).
Why does mine look different from the photo?
Because it's handmade. Glazes move, speckles land differently, and sizes vary by a few millimetres. Each piece is unique.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery is usually 3–5 days. Everything is double-boxed.
Do you take custom orders?
For sets of 6 or more, yes. Email us with what you have in mind and we'll work out timing with the next kiln load.
